Relationship with Peer Associate Companies (PACs)
The nature of the IT industry is such that diverse software skills combined with a host of hardware and domain skills leads to a large number of permutations and combinations. This along with timely availability of matching resources to fill these needs is a challenge, which cannot always be surmounted by a single company on its own, including the largest IT companies of the world.
To overcome this situation, we have cross sharing arrangement for special and unique skills with our PACs. If certain required skills / resource is not available in-house but is available with a PAC, then we borrow such resource with the required skills from the other PAC and pay for the service and vice versa. This creates an interdependent relationship between us and our PACs and allows us and our PACs to have full compliment of required skills to execute a project. It is impossible even for large companies to have all the skills available all the times as and when a project comes for execution, considering vast number of unique skills and domain knowledge required to serve the needs of each and every project. Thus there is always some imbalance between the required resources of certain skills versus availability of such resources within a company. Any claim otherwise, simply cannot be true. With our cross relationship with our PACs, we have the capability to meet all the requirements of the projects that come to us from our clients.
